When Accepted we will then provide our Contract Agreement as required by the State of New Jersey under a Home Improvement License. The NJ State statute mandates a written contract for all work and we will prepare and deliver a straight-forward under our Home License along with full insurance coverage --. Our Contract will state Work Scope provisions including s pecification what included for Labor, misc. materials needed for ea. Specialty Trade and Fixtures s we supply or Customer supplied will be clearly specified shown such as but not limited to fixtures, tile, or any other items that require your approval. Also Permit processing included -- we gather necessary documents -as needed and provide line drawings as needed diagrams for Building , Electrical and Plumbing for Submittals as needed submittals provided with permit applications we handle for you the Customer and we file the permit applications - Construction / Carpentry, Electrical, Fire and Plumbing, Mechanical Heating and Cooling as needed with your local building dept. sub Code divisions for their approval for work to Start. Construction -- Your final plan is layered out to exact specifications. We schedule all inspections. Completion / Warranty The completed project is reviewed with you to ensure your total satisfaction. Our 24 month written warranty is issued for the completed work.
